All Paths Lead to the Boiler Room

We are in an exciting phase of the project right now. All hot and cold water pipes, all floor heating pipes and all cables bound for the electicity central lead to the boiler room. Initially we called this room the box room to be used for basic outdoor clothes, but now we've found out that there will be no room for anyting but equipment for heating, running water and electricity.

Here's a picture of the boiler room. It is S t e f a n that is searching for a cable in that mess.som står och letar i kabelhärvan. In the ceiling there are cold and hot water pipes aimed at a distributor in the boiler room. You also see quite a few cables in flex tubes.
Here's the eastern wall with all cold and hot water pipes. The larger black pipe consists of to pipes to and from the solar panels on the living room floor, some 15 meters away.

Here's the boiler room towards south and you see the drain from the bathroom on top of it.
