Soil Planning

A consultant has assisted with the soil planing. The outcome is this drawing and the colors were added by me:

Here you see the terrace with a purple border. Along with the south side of the terrace and outside the garage walls, a stairway will be constructed. Stairs are marked with red. Steps are also constructed to make an entrance to the terrace from the north.

In the south-east part of the lot, the main entrance and the main stairway are constructed. A fourth stairway is in the north-east part, leading to the north part of the lot.

There will be space (green Ps) for two cars besides the carport marked with blue.

The planning includes a description of heights all over the lot and where filling is required. A significant effort has been made to make a nice slope towards South, not the least to imitate the original slope that the neighbors have got used to.

Initially we thought that the east parking space would have been at the level of the basement for easy access for seniors. However, the consultant put a stop to that, because the slope would have been too steep. So this parking space is now at the level of the eastern neighbor.
